🔄 Returns & Exchange

Products can be returned within a 7-day return/refund period (after order arrival), but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

We do not process cash refunds unless due to faulty products. All refunds will be issued to your account.

We reserve the right to reject any refunds if the return item does not meet the above conditions.

*Return parcel shipping fees of $2.90 will be borne by customers unless there is a fault at our end.*

1. To better service your return request, all return requests must be submitted via our return form.

Step 1: File a return/refund request at Return Form Link

Step 2: Your request will be processed within 7 working days, and you will be notified via email on the outcome.

Step 3: Return your item(s) by following the email instructions given.

2. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) received:

You can raise a return/refund request and then make another purchase for other products that you prefer.
